Terms of service

These terms apply when you visit getchangeup.com or buy from Change Up ("ChangeUP," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for a pricing error, suspected fraud or an out-of-stock item. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll get a full refund. Product colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
2. Shipping
We currently ship within the continental United States. Shipping times and costs are covered in our Shipping Policy.
3. Returns and our guarantee
Your purchase is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Discounts, promotions and gift cards
Discount codes are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other offers unless the promotion says so, and have no cash value. We may end or change a promotion at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Gift cards can't be redeemed for cash except where required by law and can't be replaced if lost or stolen.
5. Using your ChangeUP safely
Only attach the ChangeUP to a parked vehicle; never use it while driving. Attach suction cups to clean, smooth glass only and check that they're secure before use. Place stakes carefully, and remove them and the towel before you leave. Keep stakes, suction cups and the travel bag away from small children. Follow the care instructions to keep your towel in good shape.
6. Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photo, idea or feedback, it must be honest and your own. You allow us to display and share it to promote ChangeUP without payment to you. We may remove content that's offensive, false or unrelated.
7. Our content
The ChangeUP name, logo, product designs, photos and website content belong to Change Up. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the site for anything illegal, to place fraudulent orders, or to interfere with its security or operation.
9. Warranties and liability
Apart from our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and any rights you have under law, the site and products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't legally be waived.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
12. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
