Eligibility for a Return

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The towel must be returned within 60 days of delivery.

  • It must be in clean, gently used condition.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.

What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee is generous, but it doesn’t apply to returns involving:

  • Abuse or misuse of the product (e.g. using it as a rug, pet bedding, or exposing it to harsh chemicals).

  • Towels that are damaged, heavily stained, torn, or altered.

  • Returns made after the 60-day period.

  • Extensive use followed by a “change of mind” with no product defect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our team at info@thechangeup.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

  3. Once the towel is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
