Change Up ("ChangeUP," "we," "us") operates getchangeup.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we use your information to get you your order and, if you sign up, to email you. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you enter one at checkout), order details, and anything you send us in an email or review.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processors at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: basic device and browsing information (browser type, pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address), collected through cookies and similar tools so the cart works, checkout stays secure, and we can see how the site is used.
How we use it

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting and returns. Your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and checkout data is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
Children
Our site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
